2018 Fall Ball Registration

2018 Fall Ball Registration

Welcome to PSSA's 2018 Fall Ball season!

PSSA's Fall Ball season is intended to provide a fun, casual, 6 week season where you get to play with players from other teams and divisions. Fall Ball is a great opportunity to meet new people, play new positions that you are interested in learning, and playing in a more relaxed, no pressure setting.

Games will take place on Sundays on the following dates at Kiest Softball Complex:

September 30
October 7
October 14
October 21
November 4
November 11
November 18 (Rainout Makeup)

Teams will be drawn randomly during the Fall Ball draft party that will take place at Woody's on Wednesday, September 12th from 7-9pm.

Everyone must register individually but you have the option of playing with friends as well!  You must fall into one of these categories:

  • Individual
  • Individual in a Pair/Couple
  • Individual in a Group of 5

If you do choose to register with a group, the ratings guidlines are as follows:

  • A group of five players may not exceed a combined NAGAAA rating of 65. (Ratings questions should be directed to )
  • A pair/group of 2 will not have a maximum rating.
  • Players without a NAGAAA rating (new players to PSSA) will be considered a 10.

If you would like to play with another individual, or a group of 5, you must follow the following instructions:

  1. All members of the group must be registered and paid individually no later than 9/5/18.
  2. One person from your group must email with the complete list of names of your group, no later than 9/5/18. No groups will be accepted after this date. (Please note that only groups of 2 or 5 will be accepted)

Fall ball, like spring ball, will consist of a 1-1 count, flip-flop rule, and ONE courtesy runner per inning.  We will also be playing 55 minute games, with no new inning being started with under four minutes remaining on the clock.

Fall ball is meant to be a season where we come together as a league, and play solely for the love of the game.  We want to ensure that our league has the opportunity to bring in new players, and give them the best opportunity to play during this time.  If you have any questions, please contact Wes Irvan at
